Glass model flood lights generally known as flood light. Its pcb and control gear incorporated in inside the flood light. Glass flood lights are using cast iron body (a mix of iron and aluminum). when it comes to application level , it is not good for industrial applications (24 hours applications)due to its making quality .If you are using glass flood light continuously in your application its light out put may degrade eventually because of its heat. Much of its heats are holding the body of flood light like that this may lead to overall performance of the control gear, e.g. Heat means(Ambient temperature + Driver working heat + Temperature from the body of flood light).
